$1,000 per foursome or $250 per player. We allow for single registration, space permitting. In that event you will be teamed up with other participants to complete a team of four.

Included in registration is attendance to the Reception September 28th 6:30pm. There you will find a meet & greet & photo opportunity with celebrity guests. You also get to spend a competitive day on the beautiful Cobblestone course September 29th at 10:30AM shotgun, with awesome gifts and prizes from Applied Underwriters Invitational.

You may purchase an ‘add-on’ to not only guarantee, but be rewarded with an elevated celebrity from the list of participants. Add-on’s start at $250 per foursome. Requests can be made, but are not guaranteed.

Yes, your purchase is considered a charitable contribution. You will receive a benefit in exchange for the contribution, therefore you can only deduct the amount that exceeds the fair market value of the benefit received or expected to be received.
